Exterior facades

Choose Your Casita’s Look

Every Casita starts with the same well-planned interior and the standard white shell. The exterior facade is where you make it yours. Tour four finished Casitas below, then mix six more facade concepts with every roofline in the visualizer.

Turnkey from $150,000 includes the standard vanilla shell with its flat TPO/foam roof. The standard vanilla shell is a fully functional, weatherproof Casita with factory-standard components. Any extra exterior facade, site-built roof, porch, entry or patio is an added cost that varies by project and style.

Facade + roof visualizer

Mix a Facade With Any Roofline

Every BOXABL Casita comes with a standard flat roof: a TPO membrane over a tapered foam wedge, included in turnkey pricing. Pick one of six facade concepts below, then try it with each site-built roof style or add a porch overhang. Switch to the rear view to see the glass back door and the two side windows.

Can I change the roof on a BOXABL Casita?

Yes. Every Casita comes with a standard flat roof (a TPO membrane over a foam wedge), and it is included in turnkey pricing. If you prefer a gable, shed, hip or parapet look, we can add a site-built roof as an optional upgrade. It is priced per project and may need added permits or engineering, so we confirm what your lot and city allow before you commit.
