Visits are scheduled subject to availability. Cancel more than 24 hours before your visit with no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are $75. If a technician is dispatched and cannot access the property, the $149 minimum applies. Same-day Priority Service may be available starting at an additional $99. We do not offer 24/7 emergency service.

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, pool/spa, gas, structural concerns, active leaks, water damage, mold and safety concerns require human or licensed-trade review. These requests are not booked as ordinary handyman work. Scope and any required specialty coordination are confirmed before work proceeds.

Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home work, structural modifications, multi-trade construction, permits, design/plans, several days of construction and projects around $5,000 or more are reviewed through Kingdom Builder Group.

The standard service minimum is $149. There is no separate trip fee inside our core service area. Starting prices and any additional scope are confirmed before work begins.

No. A request starts our review. We confirm scope, materials, pricing and availability before coordinating service. Punch List visits remain request-based.

Include your service address, task descriptions, photos, preferred timing, materials you already have, access or gate instructions and pet notes. Flag specialty issues, unusual wall surfaces, height or access concerns.

Send up to four tasks with photos. Mark each Must Do or If Time Allows and put your highest priorities first. Quick Visit is up to two hours starting at $249, Half Day up to four hours starting at $499, and Full Day up to eight hours starting at $949.

The amount completed depends on task complexity, site conditions, materials and your priorities. We review your list beforehand. Additional work or time requires authorization. Extra authorized time is $129/hour in 30-minute increments.

Share gate instructions, parking information, entry arrangements and any pet notes before the visit. Coordinate access and keep pets clear of the work area. Dispatched visits without access are subject to the $149 minimum.
