1. Who we are

Kingdom Builder Group, LLC ("KBG," "we," "us" or "our") is an Arizona licensed general contractor (ROC #348837) based in Phoenix, Arizona. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information through kingdombuildergroup.com (the "Site"), our online forms, and our phone calls, emails and text messages.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to information you provide on the Site, including our contact, estimate and investor inquiry forms, and to information we collect when you call, email or text with us. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and project forms: name, email address, phone number, address or city, project details and any message you send.
  • Investor inquiry form: full name, email address, phone number, city and state; the amount or range you are considering investing; the project and concept you are interested in; your timeline; your self-reported accredited-investor status; how you heard about us; your message; and your contact and consent choices, including the date and time you gave them.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers or bank or brokerage account numbers on our Site forms. If you later take part in accredited-investor verification or an offering, that information is collected and handled under separate documents.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our website platform and the tools described in Section 7 may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, the referring page, and general location derived from your IP address.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiry and follow up by phone, email or text, as you agreed on the form;
  • for investor inquiries, send information about the project you selected, provide offering documents to eligible investors once they are available, and arrange accredited-investor verification where required;
  • keep records of your consent and communication preferences;
  • operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site;
  • measure the performance of the Site and our advertising (see Section 7); and
  • comply with legal, regulatory, tax and recordkeeping requirements, and protect our rights.

5. Text messages (SMS)

  • Consent. We send marketing or recurring investor-update text messages only if you check the optional SMS consent box on our form or otherwise give express written consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of submitting a form, purchasing any service or investing.
  • What we send. Investor updates, appointment and document reminders, and replies to your inquiry.
  • Frequency. Message frequency varies.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming your opt-out and then stop texting that number, except as required by law.
  • Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@kingdombuildergroup.com or (480) 524-1156.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our messages to you.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our website host and form provider, email and text-messaging providers, customer relationship management software, and accredited-investor verification providers), who may use it only to provide services to us;
  • with our attorneys, accountants and professional advisers, under duties of confidentiality;
  • with a project-specific entity that offers an investment you ask about, so it can provide that project's documents to you;
  • when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of KBG, our clients or others; and
  • in connection with a merger, sale, financing or restructuring of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

We never share mobile numbers or SMS consent for anyone else's marketing (see Section 5).

7. Cookies, website analytics and advertising pixels

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences and measure traffic. We may use website analytics services and advertising pixels (for example, tools provided by search engines and social media platforms) to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may collect the technical information described in Section 3 through cookies or similar technologies. We do not share the investment details, form answers or contact details you submit with analytics or advertising providers.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and use the opt-out tools that browsers and these providers offer. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for your inquiry and any resulting investment or business relationship, and afterward for as long as required for legal, regulatory, tax and recordkeeping purposes (including records of your consent). When it is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including limiting access to people who need it for their work. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

  • You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
  • You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of text messages by replying STOP.
  • You may withdraw your consent to calls, emails or texts at any time by contacting us.

To make a request, email admin@kingdombuildergroup.com or call (480) 524-1156. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these choices.

11. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.

13. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
